Physical Fitness

Sauyr Zhotasy is a strenuous climb that requires excellent cardiovascular endurance and strong legs.

Training Regimen: Focus on long-distance hiking with a heavy backpack (15-20 kg / 30-40 lbs). Incorporate uphill training on stairmasters or hills. Strength training for legs, core, and back is essential. Aim to be comfortable hiking for 6-10 hours a day on consecutive days.

Gear Checklist: No Compromises

Your gear is your lifeline. Invest in quality, tested equipment.
